We follow a rigorous process, to make sure we entrust your training to competent and knowledgeable teachers, who are also flexible enough to adapt to your time constraints, and resourceful so as to match your learning style.
When recruiting new tutors, we first take a look at their CV, then, if we are happy with what we read, we invite them for an interview. Both the Language Training Manager and the Director in charge of training carry it out. Following a successful interview, we always ask the tutor to provide us with two or three references.
Before sending a tutor on their first assignment for Business Language Services (BLS), we carry out an induction. We take this opportunity to show them our methodology, the worksheets and resources designed by BLS as well as our library of published resources and on-line documents and websites. They are free to use any of these to teach their classes. We offer them support throughout the course if they need extra tailor-made material.
Once a tutor is first appointed, we will always observe one of their classes and get feedback from the students.
