I have to say your French interpreters were BRILLIANT! Their work was excellent and they handled all sorts of requests really well and in very good spirits. The engineer was also superb and handled the fact that the room had to be completely moved around on Saturday morning extremely well!

The interpreters were working in a difficult field covering both Intellectual Property and pharmaceuticals and it was very creditable that they were able to do as good a job as they did. They were both very pleasant, joined in and became part of the group, which helped engender a friendly and productive atmosphere and played a very positive part in what was a successful event.
All the equipment worked perfectly and the sound quality was high. The equipment was installed and removed rapidly, without any problems, and the technician was there when needed, always ready to help speakers with lapel mikes, nip and switch off a microphone left on etc. Very good.
